Anti-Hazing Policy


Diva's of Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc. are to act as ladies at all times. This is to include any activities with sisters or potential sisters.
Hazing in this sisterhood is defined as any action taken or situation created which reacklessly or intently endangers the mental or physcial health or safety of any person for the purpose of induction of admission into any organization operating under the sanction of, or recognized as a chapter by PhiOmega Delta Sorority, Inc.
The term hazing shall include, but not limited to, any brutality of a physical nature, suh as whipping, beating, branding, exposure to elements, forced comsumption of food, liquor, drugs or other substances, or any other forced activity which could adversly affects the physical health and satey of an individual. It shall also include mental stress, to include any willful destruction or removal of public or private property.
At no time will a sister or potential sister fell threatened to come forward when acts of hazing are in questions. The National Headquarters of the sorority provides complete confdentiality when dealing with these issues.
Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc. does not consent to, condone, suggest, or tolerate any acts ofhazing, harrassment or humiliation during the membership intake process; now will the Sorority be responsible or liable for any damages, claims, or actions based upon the conduct of any individual groups, or associations purposed to be in any way connected with induction in the Sorority. A lady will not be subject to any acts of hazing or harrassment in connection with or during her induction into membership into the Sorority.
Phi Omega Detla has no tolerance for any sisters who engage in hazing. To be found quality of the act of hazing is to be removed from the sisterhood.
